The service

WorkTrained RoleSort AI discovers publicly available vacancies, scores them against the career evidence you confirm, and generates tailored application documents. It is a decision-support and drafting tool. It does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

Your responsibility

• You confirm that the career evidence you enter is true and accurate.
• You review every generated CV and cover letter before use. You remain responsible for everything you send to an employer.
• You submit applications yourself; the agent never applies on your behalf.

Vacancy information

Vacancy data is discovered from public sources and may change or be withdrawn at any time. We attempt to verify each vacancy against the employer's own careers site or applicant tracking system and to re-check that it is still live, but we cannot guarantee availability or accuracy. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any job board or employer.

Subscriptions

There are two ways to buy access, and both are processed by Stripe:

• 7-Day Access: £9.99 is charged today for 7 days of full access, and from day 8 the subscription continues at £19.99 per month until cancelled.
• Monthly: £19.99 is charged today for a full month of access, starting immediately and renewing monthly until cancelled.

Reasonable fair-use conditions apply: the service is intended for one individual's own job search, and we apply technical limits to prevent automated or abusive use.

Cancellation

Open My Account and choose Manage subscription. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. You do not need to contact us to cancel. Cancelling within the first 7 days of the 7-Day Access plan prevents the £19.99 monthly charge and access continues to the end of the 7 days already paid for. On the monthly plan, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the month already paid for.

Refunds and digital services

Access is a digital service supplied immediately once you purchase, and you agree to that immediate supply at checkout. We will consider refund requests made within 14 days of a charge where the service has not been substantially used in that period. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

You may not resell the service, automate access, or use it to create false employment claims. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent fair-use limits.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WorkTrained Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
