Privacy

WorkTrained RoleSort AI is a trading product of WorkTrained Ltd, which is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. This notice explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we process

• Your account email, supplied through Stripe at checkout or at sign-in.
• CVs you upload, and the structured career evidence extracted from them.
• Your job search preferences, saved vacancies, applications and generated documents.
• Aggregate product analytics (page and feature events, device type, region).

Why we process it

Your documents are processed to create your Career Evidence Profile, match you to relevant roles and generate your application materials. We also use limited aggregate analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not sell your data and we do not include CV contents in analytics.

AI processing

Extraction, matching and document generation are performed by AI models called from our servers. Your confirmed career evidence and the selected vacancy text are sent to those models to produce your results. Model providers are not permitted to use your content to train models.

Storage and isolation

Every record is stored against your account and protected by row-level security so that no other customer can read your CVs, career profile, jobs, documents or truth checks. Raw source CVs are only retained if you tick Save my source CVs; otherwise the raw file text is discarded once extraction has succeeded.

Your controls

• Delete a source CV, an application, your career profile, or your entire account.
• Deleting your account removes your stored data from the product.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
